The Smoke House

This option is similar to an American BBQ.

Smoking meats is an age-old cooking method creating beautiful tender infused flavoured meat. 

We prepare the meat by adding our own recipe rubs then slowly cook the meats in our custom made large barrel smoker using different hardwoods for different meats to create mild smoking flavours for you and your guests to enjoy. 

Guests can choose from all three smoked meats or a vegetarian option, you can choose 3 sides to go with it and it comes with freshly baked brioche rolls and a range of sauces which is all served on our unique buffet display.

Fat Hog and Big Pan Catering offer full wedding and event catering options to meet your needs.
We offer a vast range of catering including canapés, a range of starters, mains, desserts and evening catering. ​

We don’t just provide great fresh food we also provide a personal service to our customers offering advice, support and being on hand to answer your questions about your function. We will discuss your requirements through with you to help you create a tailored catering package with the courses you want.

We would both like to convey our gratitude, heart-felt thanks and how impressed we were with the catering for our wedding reception on the 25th at the Cross Barn, Odiham.

Firstly, the food was top notch. Really showed how much thought and effort you had put into the cooking, really good BBQ and the accompaniments went really well. I see you have a new smoker, looks like it did the trick! Working closely with you in the months leading up to it really proved how great it is to work with you and plan exciting things. We loved how you adapted ideas and really got on board with our Texas BBQ menu.

Secondly, the service was outstanding. A confidence which only comes from experience was evident from all your staff. Big smiles, politeness and effortless efficiency all went to make the day run smoothly.

Thank you for helping to make our day a very special one, it was enjoyed by all and we would happily recommend you to all who ask.
