Hog Roast & Hampshire Roast
We cook our hog roasts and Hampshire roasts in a confit oven. The pig and/or other meats cook slowly and the heat circulates creating a truly tender pork (similar to pulled pork) and/or tender meats that will melt in your mouth.
We serve the pork and/or Hampshire roasts and sides on our rustic wooden display and with chutneys and sauces which makes it interactive allowing guests to really create the meal they want.
All options include a chef, unique rustic display, quality disposable cutlery, plates (proper plates and cutlery can be hired for an additional cost) and paper napkins.

Thank you for the hog roast and evening buffet you provided for our wedding on 6th September. In reality, we should be thanking you for so much more than that too!!
I don't know where to start - dealing with you was straightforward and you made the entire process so easy. The food was absolutely incredible, we had such wonderful feedback from our guests about how much they enjoyed the meal and your staff were so friendly and helpful on the day. From putting cold bottles of water and wine on the tables, to handing out the welcome drinks, making sure everyone had food and topping up glasses for the toasts, you did so much more than provide the food for our wedding - you took away any concerns we had about how the day would run by simply making sure that everything went according to plan.
We can't thank you enough for everything and wish you so much luck with your business in the future. We are in no doubt that you will go from strength to strength and will definitely keep you in mind for future events!
